Papa automatic P403 Chocolate Coated Cereal Energy Protein Bar Making Machine includes Material Conveyor, cereal bar forming machine,6 meter cooling tunnel,Cutting unit&bar Separating system&Conveyor,180° Turning Conveyor,600 Chocolate coating line with 14M cooling tunnel,  and fully automatic feeding packing line. Customer can freely choose the machines needed for suitable collocation.

1.Material Conveyor is made of food grade PU conveyor belt and 304 stainless steel frame,which is mainly used conveyor the raw material to the hopper of the P403 cereal bar slab forming machine.

2.The cereal bar forming machine is used to roll and press the raw material to a big slab with 400mm wide and desired width

3.The 6m cooling tunnel is used to cool or dry the material and the finished slab before the cutting to avoid it stick to the cutter 

4.The cutting unit&bar Separating system&Conveyor is used to separate the adjacent bar to have enough space for the chocolate coating after the roller cutter of the P403 cereal bar machine cut the big salb to desired width.
